Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShootAds platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, advertisers, publishers, and others who access the Service ("Users").

2. Account Registration

To use most features of ShootAds you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access to your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@shootads.com if you discover any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Advertiser Terms

3.1 Campaign Approval

All campaigns are subject to review before going live. ShootAds reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any campaign at its sole discretion, including campaigns that violate our Prohibited Content policy.

3.2 Budget & Billing

Campaign budgets are deducted from your account balance when a campaign is created. Unspent budgets are refunded if a campaign is rejected or deleted. No refund is given for budgets already spent on delivered impressions.

3.3 Targeting Accuracy

ShootAds makes reasonable efforts to deliver ads according to your targeting settings (country, device, schedule). We do not guarantee exact delivery percentages or impression volumes.

3.4 Ad Creative Standards

You are solely responsible for the content of your ad creatives. Creatives must not be misleading, deceptive, or violate any applicable law or our Prohibited Content policy.

4. Publisher Terms

4.1 Website Verification

You must verify ownership of any website before placing ad zones on it. Placing ShootAds code on websites you do not own or control is prohibited.

4.2 Traffic Quality

Publishers must not generate artificial, fraudulent, or incentivised traffic. This includes but is not limited to: bot traffic, click farms, auto-refreshing pages, or encouraging users to click ads. Violations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

4.3 Earnings

Publisher earnings are calculated based on genuine impressions and clicks delivered. ShootAds uses fraud detection to filter invalid traffic. Disputed earnings may be withheld pending investigation.

4.4 Payout

Payouts are processed within 2–3 business days of a valid payout request, subject to the minimum payout threshold. ShootAds reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud is suspected.

5. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed via PayPal. By making a deposit you agree to PayPal's Terms of Service. ShootAds does not store your payment card details.

All fees are displayed in US Dollars (USD). ShootAds is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or PayPal.

Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law or where a campaign is rejected (in which case the unspent budget is returned to your account balance).

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the ShootAds network:

• Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
• Illegal products or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, etc.)
• Malware, spyware, adware, or any software that harms users' devices
• Phishing, scams, or deceptive advertising
• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Gambling services where not legally permitted
• Content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
• Political advertising intended to manipulate elections

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

The ShootAds platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by ShootAds and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

You retain ownership of your ad creatives. By uploading creatives to ShootAds you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display them on our network as part of your campaign.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ShootAds does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShootAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ShootAds in the 90 days preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Upon termination, any outstanding advertiser balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus any amounts owed.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
